My inspection report speaks for itself. It is a comprehensive and detailed report of the condition of the house. Good reporting includes a report customized to the individual home. It is complete with Sections and Components, room by room evaluations, and detailed descriptions with large, digital close-up pictures so the buyer can see the issues described. In addition, my report summarizes the issues both in the body of the report, and in a separate shortened Marginal and Defective summary at the end of the report. Printing out the last 4 or 5 pages gives you the meat of the inspection issues.
